CANCELLATION POLICY
If an order placed on the website with full payment and the same is not serviced or delivered by Mirchi Pepper for whatsoever reason the paid amount for such orders cancelled by Mirchi Pepper will be refunded within a maximum period of 5 working days
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item ordered through the Mirchi Pepper website you may request that it be collected back by Mirchi Pepper; whereby Mirchi Pepper reserves the right to accept or deny the request based on the status of the products or request timelines
If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your Payment Card or Payment Account should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay to Mirchi Pepper the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by Mirchi Pepper relating to the recovery thereof.
Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, Mirchi Pepper shall be entitled to cancel forthwith any sale if you should breach any of your obligations.
RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Risk in the physical product shall pass to you upon delivery at the delivery address or to the person accepting delivery on your behalf, if for instance you should not be available to take delivery at the delivery address. This does not apply to services.
Until payment is received in full for any order placed online or offline, ownership of the products shall remain with Mirchi Pepper and such orders shall not be serviced/delivered by Mirchi Pepper.
