Job Description

  • Recruit, Train and Supervise Restaurant staff 
  • Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to 
  • Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
  • Implement appropriate strategies to improve sales 
  • Maintain safe and healthy working conditions 
  • Follow company policies and procedures strictly
  • Manage inventory levels as per requirement
  • Maintain financial discipline and cash management

Job Specification

  • Hotel Management qualification from any reputed institute
  • Minimum 5 years' experience of working in reputed brand
  • Prior experience in managing restaurant/cafe is a must

Salary

Salary will be based on qualification and experience of the candidate. It will not be a constraint for any deserving candidate
